The villa covers an area of 150 m² and consists of four separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom with a shower, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a sauna, an outdoor pool with a whirlpool, a terrace with a garden and an area for grilling and cooking, as well as a covered parking area.
The villa is equipped with many amenities for total relaxation and enjoyment. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have the heating available. WI-FI coverage is 100 %, and there is also a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels, slippers, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen is also richly equipped, with essential kitchen appliances - you will find a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave oven and other practical appliances.
During the stay, smoking in the villa, the presence of pets and the organisation of parties are not allowed. Heating and use of the swimming pool come at an additional cost. The hosts speak German, English, Italian and Slovenian and are always at your disposal.
